Now that’s quite a discovery! I think everyone can survive without a computer, but I don’t think a computer can survive without its owner. Those two weekends you spent without using it won’t harm it, but a longer time of it not being used can be bad for it. The worst case scenario is that you get a corrupted file – either that, or it won’t boot at all. It’s really best to do regular maintenance to avoid unwanted problems.
